David is an avid gym and sports enthusiast who relocated from Ireland to Vancouver in pursuit of a more active lifestyle. With a university education in Recreation & Leisure, David also holds certifications in Personal Training, CrossFit, and group coaching.

David has dedicated many years to coaching groups and sports teams, making fitness and training a central part of his life. Recently, he transitioned from a career in Wealth Management and Financial Advice to focus entirely on his passion for coaching. His dedication to his own training rivals that of any athlete, reflecting his commitment to an active and healthy lifestyle.

He believes that effective training should challenge you both physically and mentally, preparing you for life’s varied challenges. His approach is to ensure you feel comfortable and energized in the gym while pushing you to break through your boundaries each and every day.

An athlete from a young age and a gym lover from his mid-teens, Cormac’s career interests became clear by the time he obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Sport & Exercise in 2015.

Working as a Personal Trainer since 2013, Cormac has also gained experience in management, education and mentorship in the fitness sector. As a soccer player and a skier, with a background in competitive weightlifting and running, he can relate to a wide range of clients on a personal level.

He believes in training for longevity and relating gym based exercise to real world hobbies & lifestyle. Often referred to as a drill sergeant, Cormac’s programming focuses on a perfect mix of what you want and what you need!
